Chur, bro! The location was sweet as and the staff were friendly, but the room was a bit dated and the hot water was hit or miss. Still, loved the breakfast variety!

The swimming pool was incredible, offering a luxurious escape with comfortable pool beds and a bar that served delightful cocktails. The location is a solid win, just a stroll away from the main market and Fewa Lake, all while being somewhat shielded from street noise. The view from the balcony of the Himalayan range adds a dramatic touch to the morning coffee experience.
The rooms show age. they're in need of a serious refresh, especially the bathrooms, where the shower curtains looked tired and there were some cleanliness issues with stained elements. Breakfast could use more variety, given it felt limited during my stay. Pool usage was hindered due to large groups making it more of a playground than a relaxation spot on multiple occasions.

The view from the hotel room balcony was breathtaking, allowing us to witness the icy mountain peaks at dawn. The hotel's proximity to the main street and Phewa Lake made the morning stroll along the water enjoyable. The room was newly refurbished with a modern ambience, comfortable bed, and fully functional air conditioning. Breakfast offered a diverse selection of local and international dishes, with attentive service from the Food & Beverage team.
No notable negative aspects during the stay.

Family with children the perfect getaway
The staff was so friendly, welcoming us with cold towels and a refreshing drink upon check-in, really made the experience special! I can't forget the amazing deep tissue massage at the spa—had me feeling like a new man, just what I needed after the long days of touring.
It wasn't super cheap but acceptable for what we got.

We had an awesome time with friends! The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the pool area was fantastic for relaxing. The breakfast offered a great variety, which was a delightful start to our mornings. The staff truly made our stay special with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. We especially enjoyed spending time at the pool bar after our hikes.
One downside was that the room we initially received showed some signs of age, which affected our comfort at first.
